Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the long‑term financial sustainability of this nationally significant organisation. The CFO will be a key strategic adviser to the Chief Executive, Board and Executive Leadership Team, providing the financial insight and commercial leadership that enables BCITO to achieve its ambitious goals.
