Overview

Indspire seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to report directly to the President & CEO. This replacement role is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and management to the Finance Team, ensuring effective implementation of accounting and financial programs, training and guidance.
• Establish departmental goals, timelines and deliverables in alignment with Indspire’s long‑term financial planning and strategic oversight.
• Define and execute long‑term strategic financial objectives.
