EnergyX is a US‑based energy technology and critical minerals production company that develops Direct Lithium Extraction technology. Black Giant SpA is the flagship lithium project located in Northern Chile (Antofagasta region).

We are seeking a world‑class Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, capital raising, and governance for Black Giant. This C‑suite role requires a commercially adept, globally experienced finance leader who thrives in complex, high‑stakes environments and can operate fluently across capital markets, project finance, and government stakeholder engagement. The position is based in Santiago, Chile, with necessary travel.
