Chief Financial Officer (Fintech)

We are looking for a visionary and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen our finance function. This role requires an experienced finance leader who can drive financial strategy, optimise capital structure, secure diversified funding channels, and ensure robust financial governance and regulatory compliance within a fast-growing licensed fintech lending business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

Own and lead the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis across all business units.

Develop rolling financial forecasts and long-term financial planning models aligned with company growth strategy.

Establish and monitor key financial and performance metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making by the executive team and Board.
