Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial transformation of our growing Medicaid Home Health and Hospice organization (~$15M annual revenue). This is a highly operational executive role responsible for rebuilding and modernizing our financial infrastructure while providing strategic leadership to support sustainable growth. The CFO will have executive oversight of Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Revenue Cycle, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Financial Systems. Key priorities include stabilizing cash flow, cleaning up historical accounting records, strengthening internal controls, optimizing revenue cycle operations, improving collections, modernizing accounting systems, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting.
