Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Advisory to Promoter Leadership
Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CMD and MD on all business, investment, and wealth-related decisions.
Proactively bring forward opportunities yield-enhancing instruments, cost arbitrage, emerging market trends without waiting to be asked.
Advise on business expansion opportunities, new venture viability, and capital allocation across the Group's portfolio.
Present structured financial perspectives on all major decisions: project launches, acquisitions, JVs, land purchases, and strategic partnerships.
Be available as a sounding board for financial dimensions of operational and strategic decisions at any level.
