Our client is a Bursa Malaysia Main Market-listed technology and digital solutions group currently undergoing a strategic rebranding and transformation, operating across three distinct but complementary business lines: (1) a Microsoft solutions reseller business, (2) a project-based software development practice, and (3) a portfolio of scalable digital platforms. The CEO will provide end-to-end strategic and operational leadership across all three, each with a fundamentally different economic model, and will be the architect of how they are sequenced, resourced and integrated into a coherent group strategy.
