Chief Engineer (Pre-Opening) - Oakwood Slipi Jakarta

Responsibility:

• Conduct handover & checklist with Project & Contractor for Pre-Opening Project
• Oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other systems
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company EHS standards
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
• Drive sustainability initiatives and cost-saving efforts
• Manage repairs, renovations, and CAPEX projects
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Handle engineering-related guest requests promptly
• Prepare and manage departmental budget

Qualification

1. sMinimum 3 years in managerial position in a hospitality industr
