Location: Oxon Hill, Maryland (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Engineer for a hands-on role supporting IT operations and engineering enhancements. This position requires a highly capable engineer to work with program management and the client to define and implement solutions, develop roadmaps, and serve as the top-level technical escalation point. The role involves contributing to daily technical operations while also providing strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the top-level escalation point for the team, resolving approximately 90% of issues independently.

Collaborate with program team members and the client to gather requirements and design technical solutions.

Contribute directly to day-to-day technical issues and operations, including troubleshooting across the full stack (application, server, database, web front-end).
