Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse maintenance function, including planning and delegating workloads.
- Write and maintain preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and CMMS data.
- Lead performance management of the maintenance team.
- Control the engineering budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Oversee project work and ongoing improvements and installations as part of current investment programme.
