Chief Engineer (C/e) Container Vessel

- **Key responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for operation and maintenance of all engine room machinery and equipment
- Plan and supervise repairs, overhauls, and routine maintenance
- Lead, train, and supervise engine room officers and ratings
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company procedures
- Monitor fuel and lube oil consumption and maintain good housekeeping in the engine room
- Prepare and maintain engine logs, records, and reports
- **Requirements**:
- Valid Chief Engineer unlimited CoC (STCW compliant)
- Experience as C/E on container vessels
- Strong knowledge of marine diesel engines and auxiliary systems
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
