Responsibilities
- Lead an organization of credit professionals managing risk across a diverse lending portfolio
- Set enterprise-wide credit risk strategy across originations, pricing, portfolio management, and collections
- Chair the Credit Committee and engage with the CEO and Board of Directors
- Develop and iterate on proprietary loan products and risk analysis
- Drive automation efforts to compress the application-to-approval funnel
- Act as the primary liaison to regulatory bodies such as the OCC, FRB, and FDIC
