Chief Compliance Officer

The Opportunity

The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is a visionary, tech-forward executive responsible for defining, establishing, and executing the group-wide compliance strategy, framework, and risk appetite across all operating entities and jurisdictions—including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other offshore locations (e.g., BVI, Cayman Islands).

This role serves as the guardian of regulatory integrity and risk management while leading the transformation to an AI-native, agentic compliance function. The successful candidate will redefine compliance as a modern, agile, and trusted strategic capability that not only safeguards the business but also accelerates growth across exchange, custody, funds, fiduciary, brokerage, and banking services.
