Chief Business Officer

We are looking for a Chief Business Officer for our clients based in Dubai, United Arab : Insurance Broking/Brokerage.Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Direct Reports: Country Heads, Cluster Heads and Principal Officers.

• Meeting monthly sales expectations.
• Creating, communicating & implementing the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction.
• Leading the development & implementation of the overall organization’s strategy.
• Soliciting advice and guidance when appropriate from the Board of Directors.
• Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the organization.
• Overseeing the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
