Responsibilities

Ensure all bakery products are prepared according to approved recipes and quality standards.
Monitor product consistency, freshness, taste, texture, and presentation.
Ensure timely production to meet café, restaurant, retail, and event requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the bakery team.
Train new employees on baking techniques, food safety, and company SOPs.
Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties efficiently.
Conduct performance monitoring and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
Menu Development
Develop new bakery products and seasonal menu offerings.
Improve existing recipes to enhance quality and consistency.
