Job Description
- Support the development, implementation, and optimization of new polymer-based marking solutions, while enhancing existing polymer formulations.
- Design, develop, and validate prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) samples to demonstrate technology applications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technology implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, material sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of experimental results, testing procedures, and technical processes for internal records and external audits.
