You will work 37.5 hours a week, preparing meals, guiding and training peers, and catering for a busy calendar of events, including World Food Day and festive occasions such as Christmas and Easter. Main Duties

As Chef you will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintain food storage and safety procedures, plan menus and manage costs, and ensure all meals meet high standards and dietary requirements. You will also take full shift responsibility for the catering operation and record keeping for HACCP.
