Dialtone Cafe is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef, specialised in Continental cuisine, to join our kitchen team at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time role for a culinary professional with 3–5 years of experience who brings deep expertise in continental cooking and is ready to own that section of our kitchen with confidence and creativity. Responsibilities: • Prepare and execute continental dishes to the highest standard of quality, taste, and presentation • Own the continental section of the kitchen and ensure consistent output across every service • Support the Executive Chef in developing and refining the continental menu, including seasonal specials • Ensure thorough mise en place is completed before each service • Maintain plating standards, portioning consistency, and recipe accuracy across all continental items • Train and guide junior kitchen staff on continental cooking techniques and recipes • Manage continental-specific ingredient inventory, stock rotation, ...
