Chef

As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning food preparation and staff management You will work closely with the head chef to maintain high quality standards and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in creating and updating menus according to seasonal availability customer preferences and budget constraints
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure food is prepared to the highest quality standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff ensuring they adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
• Collaborate with other departments such as front of house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
