Working Hours Dinner service shift Monday to Sunday roster basis Typical shift: 1:00 PM 9:00 PM Minimum Requirements Hospitality qualification advantageous Alternatively, minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Experience preparing pizza, pasta, and grill dishes advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications Assist with pizza, pasta, grill, and general kitchen preparation Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Assist with stock control and ingredient management Follow health and safety procedures at all times Work effectively as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods
