Seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Dubai specializing in Kenyan cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Sous Chef in a high‑end restaurant or hotel with a strong background in traditional Kenyan dishes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning
• Supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain quality and consistency of dishes
• Maintain inventory
• Adhere to food safety standards
