Location: Located in the West (Pandan Loop)
Responsibilities Food Preparation and Cooking- Prepare, cook, and present food within the designated station in accordance with the restaurant’s menu.
- Ensure food is of high quality and meets the required specifications for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of your section (e.g., grill, pastry, sauce, fish, or vegetable station).
- Ensure that all food orders are prepared and delivered on time during service.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis Chefs, Kitchen Porters) to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
