Chef de Partie

The Towers Bar & Restaurant Westport, requires a Chef de Partie for our busy kitchen.



Busy bar and gastro pub restaurant.



Established and well reviewed.



You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position. And experience in professional cookery.



Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Cooking food to order,

Helping the head and sous chefs on duty

Help with maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.



Salary 34,000 per annum.



Job located at The Towers Bar & Restaurant, The Quay, Westport, Co. Mayo



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.
