Chef de Partie — Luxury Kitchen, Elite Training & Perks

Kerzner International's Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai seeks a Chef de Partie to lead mise en place and day‑to‑day operations in a busy kitchen section. You will support the Sous Chef to maintain the highest food quality, presentation and hygiene while coordinating with culinary and stewarding teams.

With 2–3 years in international cuisine, a Michelin star background, formal culinary training and HACCP expertise, you excel under pressure in a multicultural team and take ownership when required.
