We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join a busy conference and hospitality operation, delivering high-quality, seasonal, and bespoke menus for events of up to 400 guests. With weekly conferences and multiple large-scale, multi-day events throughout the year, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for conferences, events, and hospitality services

Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation

Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety

Work closely with the senior kitchen team to develop seasonal and bespoke menus
