Chef de Partie required for 4 star hotel in Letterkenny
Our client is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-quality kitchen team. The successful candidates will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining high food standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard in your assigned section
- Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation
- Assist with menu development and daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section at all times
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
