Primary Objective

To lead the Continental cuisine station with technical precision, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of quality, consistency, and nutritional accuracy. The CDP is responsible for managing station‑level production, overseeing the Commis team, and ensuring strict adherence to standardized recipes to support the operational standards of Meals on Me.

Key Responsibilities
