Chef de Partie – Chinese Kitchen, Luxury Hotel

Grand Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Chef de Partie to assist in efficiently running the THIRTY8 kitchen (Chinese Section). The ideal candidate will supervise kitchen activities, ensuring high-quality food and courteous service that meets brand standards.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef in luxury hotels or restaurants, along with a solid understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
