Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a skilled Butchery Specialist to oversee meat preparation and kitchen operations in a luxury resort. You will work with the restaurant chef to ensure high-quality meat products and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has professional meat cutting training, strong HACCP knowledge, and experience leading junior kitchen staff. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays in Ras Al Khaimah.
