Role: Chef de Partie 

Pay: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour + tronc

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy beach front restaurant and great Kitchen Team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and working well in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities as a Chef de Partie:

·      Preparing specific food items at your station.

·      Following direction provided by Head and Senior Sous Chef.

·      Always ensuring high quality food services.

·      Keeping your area of the Kitchen safe and sanitary. 

·      Assisting other areas of the Kitchen when required.
