Job Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, rolls, pastries, viennoiseries and specialty bakery items according to established recipes and standards.Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bakery section to ensure smooth production and service.Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation and portion control at all times.Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in ordering, receiving and proper storage of bakery supplies.Ensure all bakery products are prepared in compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.Train, guide and support junior kitchen colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.Conduct daily quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure freshness and excellence.Assist in the development of new...
