We are looking for a *Chef de Partie* to join our *3 AA Rosette *kitchen team.
*Who we are:*
* 3 AA Rosette, 5 silver star Restaurant with rooms
* 4 day working week / 44 hours a week
* 30 cover restaurant doing breakfast, dinner & Sunday lunch service only
* 14 bedrooms
* Team of 5 chefs
* Independent family owned business
*What we're looking for:*
* A chef with a rosette background preferred but not essential, with a passion for cooking Tasting menus and working with world class ingredients
* You’re able to work in a small team, responsible for running your own section
* Familiar with food safety & hygiene practices
We are located in the village of Austwick, near Settle in the Yorkshire Dales - a beautiful and scenic part of the UK. We're 30 minutes drive from Skipton, and 45 minutes from Kendal and Lancaster. We are in a rural location, so own transport would be benefical, although not essentia...
