Chef de Cuisine: Mekong Kitchen Leader

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Chef de Cuisine responsible for directing, training and coordinating all culinary departments under the Executive Chef. You will lead the kitchen team, ensure top quality food and beverage, monitor inventory and control costs, and uphold hotel standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork, with prior experience in menu development and staff training.
