Our client, Seaside Shahi Restaurant, is a professionally managed hospitality business specialising in authentic Indian cuisine. Due to ongoing business growth, Seaside Shahi Restaurant is seeking to employ two skilled Chefs to join its team across its two locations in Wollongong and Shellharbour.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, breads, and regional specialties.

• Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials and new dishes that align with customer preferences and current trends.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency in flavour, portion, and presentation across lunch and dinner services.

• Ensure correct seasoning, temperature control, and portioning for all meals prepared.
