Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes.
• Operate wok station efficiently during busy service periods.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Prepare sauces, marinades, and fresh ingredients.
• Maintain food quality and freshness.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Minimize food waste and maintain stock rotation.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized.
• Support other kitchen staff during peak operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of chef experience.
