Overview

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in El‑Ain. As an Indian Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our menu. You must have extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and be able to incorporate modern twists to create unique and flavorful dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori specialties and vegetarian options.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes and standards.
• Create new and innovative dishes while keeping with the restaurant’s concept.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and food‑safety procedures.
• Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times.
