A luxury hotel in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our culinary team The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating authentic Indian dishes and be able to showcase their skills in a fast-paced high-end environment As an Indian Chef you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Indian cuisine while also collaborating with other chefs to create unique and innovative dishes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes using authentic techniques and ingredients
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
• Train and develop junior chefs on proper cooking techniques and recipe execution
• Collaborate with other chefs to create new menus and specials that incorporate Indian flavors
