Role Summary
The HR Manager is part of the local management team, working closely with line management and reports to Director Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
**Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding, with a focus on regulatory and technical requirements for aviation roles.
