Chat Support - BPO Agent - Retail Account - No Experience

In this non-voice role, you’ll assist customers with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and general questions—all handled via chat. If you're a fast learner with good communication skills, this is your chance to build a solid career in customer service!



What You’ll Do:

- Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and special requests via live chat

- Provide accurate information about hotel details, policies, and availability

- Ensure smooth and efficient support with a friendly and professional tone

- Handle multiple chats while maintaining attention to detail



Who We're Looking For:

- No previous experience required—training provided!

- Strong written English and reading comprehension skills

- Basic computer knowledge and fast typing (at least 35–40 WPM preferred)

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

- Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
