Charges Coordinator

As a Charges Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping Thames Water manage charges received from Highway Authorities. You'll investigate each case, decide whether charges are valid, and work with both internal teams and external partners to ensure everything is processed accurately and fairly.

What you'll be doing as a Charges Coordinator

• Investigating and validating charges received from Highway Authorities using a range of internal systems.
• Processing invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Working with internal teams and contractors to resolve queries and minimise unnecessary costs.
• Liaising with external organisations to ensure only valid charges are paid.
• Identifying trends and areas where improvements can help reduce future costs
• Maintaining accurate records while managing a busy workload across multiple systems.
