Your main tasks

• Carry out the institutional diagnosis regarding gender equality
• Design the Gender Equality Plan (GEP)
• Organise the participatory approach and coordinate the project
• Ensure communication and the transfer of results

Your strengths

• Managing cross-cutting projects involving multiple stakeholders within an organisation
• Collecting, analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, implementing or monitoring a Gender Equality Plan (GEP), an EDI strategy or an institutional equality policy
• Good knowledge of the functioning of a research institution, a university or a healthcare institution, as well as European research programmes (notably Horizon Europe)
