Your main tasks
- Carry out the institutional diagnosis regarding gender equality
- Design the Gender Equality Plan (GEP)
- Organise the participatory approach and coordinate the project
- Ensure communication and the transfer of results
Your strengths
- Managing cross-cutting projects involving multiple stakeholders within an organisation
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Experience in developing, implementing or monitoring a Gender Equality Plan (GEP), an EDI strategy or an institutional equality policy
- Good knowledge of the functioning of a research institution, a university or a healthcare institution, as well as European research programmes (notably Horizon Europe)
