Charge Nurse - Supported Discharge Lead & MDT Facilitator

NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 6 Charge Nurse for the Supported Discharge Unit to provide direction and leadership within the NHS Fife Operational Division. You will lead the team in delivering patient-centred care and support the Senior Charge Nurse across wards and discharge pathways.

This role involves coordinating MDT meetings, covering the Nursing Pool, Discharge Lounge and Ward 9, and liaising with the Discharge HUB and Social Work to plan discharges.
