Charge Nurse - Elderly Rehab & Home Care (Day Shift)

Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue is seeking a charge nurse for a rehabilitative assessment unit. You will lead nursing care within a multidisciplinary team to assess and support clients’ rehabilitation and independent living at home.

You will coordinate medication management with the unit doctor, supervise staff and students, ensure care quality and safety, and participate in ongoing development. Finnish language skills are required; RAI familiarity is an advantage.
