Hours: Up to 30 hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Location: Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS FT

Trust Location: Tickhill Road, Balby, Doncaster, DN4 8QN - but needs to have means to travel to other sites, Rotherham, Doncaster and Scunthorpe

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Provide spiritual and pastoral care, and facilitate religious services, to meet the needs of patients, staff, and visitors of RDASH NHS Foundation Trust.

· Take responsibility for a caseload of patients and clients with wide-ranging, complex spiritual, pastoral and religious needs.

· Record and manage data in accordance with Information Governance policies and procedures, and to assist in recording and analysing Spiritual care referral information and data.
