Channel Strategy & Operations Specialist

Bayer Peru is seeking a Channel Specialist to optimize consumer health sales operations in Lima. You will coordinate with sales management, develop the Independent Pharmacy Channel, and drive performance through BI data and KPI monitoring. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of IQVIA data are required.

Minimum 3 years in pharma/FMCG sales plus a university degree are necessary. English at an intermediate level and multinational company experience are preferred.
