Responsibilities
- Lead sales growth through distributors and channel partners
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships across the channel
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
- Coach and enable partner sales teams to drive performance
- Monitor results and optimize channel performance
- +8 years of experience in industrial automation sales or similar industries
- Strong experience managing distributors / channel partners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (field-based role)
