At ContactPoint360, we are searching for a Vice President to spearhead our channel partnerships. This leadership role requires candidates with at least five years of experience in BPO, customer experience, or enterprise services, with a proven track record of establishing successful revenue-generating partnerships. You will create scalable programs, recruit and onboard partners, and collaborate on key enterprise deals within verticals like healthcare and fintech.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver $5M+ in partner-sourced pipeline within 12 months • Recruit and activate high-performing referral and alliance partners • Develop incentive structures to convert partners into revenue producers • Collaborate with partners to close enterprise deals • Implement systems to track partner performance and ROI
