Channel Manager Pharmacy (Xico)

• Lead and execute channel strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
• Own full P&L performance: Net Sales, Gross Margin, trade investment, and ROI.
• Manage and grow key pharmacy accounts and commercial agreements.
• Drive forecast accuracy, demand planning, and inventory health.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Track KPIs, deliver business reviews, and drive action plans.
• Coach and strengthen commercial capabilities.

• 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Key Account, or Sales roles.
• Strong experience in pharmacy, OTC, consumer health, or FMCG.
• Proven ownership of sales targets and profitability (P&L).
• Experience managing pharmacy chains or similar channels.
