In this role, you will support business activities across the region. You will assist in planning and driving channel development initiatives, helping to accelerate overall business growth.You will execute the MBR/BRO retail visibility and activation blueprint (including signage, POSM, planogram standards, and overall retail experience). You will lead end-to-end planning of focused campaigns, ensuring seamless ATL and BTL integration. You will design and execute shop activation playbooks, new outlet onboarding kits, and periodic refresh programs. You will develop and own the performance measurement framework, covering metrics such as coverage, throughput, penetration, and other key indicators. You will track ROI on trade marketing spends, schemes, and activations, and recommend data-driven optimization actions.
