Channel & Business Development Specialist (Panel Builders, Contractors)

The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented professional to lead channel management and business development initiatives. The role focuses on maximizing market coverage, driving BU-specific offers, aggressively hunting for new pipelines & opportunities, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.

What will you do?

• Channel Sales Management
  • Develop, manage, and expand a strong network channel partners (panel builders / contractors).
  • Define and execute channel strategies to improve market penetration and sales performance.
  • Drive channel engagement through regular business reviews, promotions, and joint activities.
  • Ensure channel partners are aligned with company objectives, BU priorities, and pricing strategies.
